Heavy Duty Engine -- A rugged, four-stroke industrial diesel engine provides reliable power and quick response to load changes.
Alternator -- Multiple sizes of alternators offer optional motor starting capability. They utilize low-reactance, 2/3-pitch stator windings for low waveform distortion under nonlinear loads and short-circuit fault clearing.
Control System -- An electronic control system is standard, providing complete generator set system integration, including automatic remote start/stop, precise frequency and voltage regulation, alarm and status information display, output metering, and automatic shutdown upon fault detection.
Cooling System -- The standard cooling package provides reliable operation in temperatures up to 50°C (122°F).
Low-Noise Enclosure -- The user-friendly design and compact overall enclosure reduce noise and protect the generator set. The 2mm steel casing is rainproof and sturdy, with a surface that's resistant to UV rays, rain, abrasion, and fading. Rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel bolts are used. A reinforced mechanical door lock ensures long service life. Flame-retardant, sound-absorbing foam is used internally to effectively reduce noise and enhance environmental protection. A top-mounted operating light facilitates nighttime operation.
Fuel Tank--independent bottom, easy to disassemble and maintain. A wavy baffle is suitable for cutting operations. The lockable refueling port provides convenient refueling and prevents theft. A mechanical fuel gauge is standard, and a customizable electronic fuel gauge allows for on-screen fuel level monitoring. Specialized high-pressure fuel hoses are resistant to oxidation, high temperatures, and high pressures, ensuring long service life. A special anti-flatulence fuel tank cap ensures safety.
