The Silent gas generator features a robust and stable design with a matte-finished paint job, offering a sleek and elegant appearance. Its soundproof enclosure effectively reduces operational noise. The unit supports dual-fuel operation with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas (NG), making it ideal for stationary applications such as villas and residences with stable gas supply and minimal mobility needs, serving as a reliable backup or primary power source.

The ventilation grilles on both sides of the enclosure ensure efficient heat dissipation, maintaining core components' stability and longevity. Critical interfaces and safety devices are centrally located at the rear, featuring a clear layout. Key components include the gas inlet port, equipment grounding terminals, and a prominent red emergency shutdown button. This design facilitates quick pipeline connections, secure grounding, and immediate emergency response, while ensuring easy maintenance.

The top cover plate of the housing can be fully opened, with integrated hydraulic support rods on the inner side that automatically stabilize and lift the structure, freeing the operator's hands. Maintenance personnel can directly access core components such as the engine and control system from above without obstruction, simplifying routine inspection, maintenance procedures, and pre-startup preparations, thereby significantly enhancing operational convenience.

The optimized internal structure of the unit features a compact layout and high integration, efficiently arranging all core functions within limited space. The top cover is opened for operation before startup and closed during runtime. The box's inner walls and joints are filled with 4 cm thick flame-retardant soundproofing cotton, while the top cover's inner side is lined with 1.5 cm soundproofing cotton and sealed with gaskets, collectively forming an effective soundproofing layer. Actual measurements show the operational noise level at 7 meters does not exceed 72 decibels, significantly lower than conventional units in the same class, meeting strict noise requirements for villa areas and other quiet application scenarios.

The enclosure features an automatic circuit breaker protection switch that instantly cuts off the circuit when detecting abnormalities like overcurrent or short circuits, providing critical protection for the generator set and downstream electrical equipment. The control panel integrates a three-in-one digital display, allowing simultaneous monitoring of voltage, frequency, and cumulative operating time. With a centralized layout and clear operational logic, the manual start button ensures intuitive operation.

This generator set is compatible with Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems. When the mains power fails, the ATS automatically detects the outage and immediately activates the generator set, switching the load to the backup power source within seconds to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Upon restoration of mains power, the ATS automatically switches the load back and controls the generator set to cool for a delay before shutting down, with the entire process requiring no manual intervention. This optional feature is particularly suitable for scenarios demanding high power continuity, effectively ensuring the continuous and stable operation of critical equipment.
